Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Returns will not be accepted for:
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Products returned without original packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Products purchased during sale or discount are non-refundable, unless required by law.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
• Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
